Accessibility on My3iz
The My3iz portal includes display preferences and keyboard controls. Here’s how to use them and how to reach me if something makes the site difficult to use.
Display preferences in the portal
The Accessibility button at the top of the portal opens four options:
- Larger text
- Increases the base text size.
- High contrast
- Uses light text on a black background and highlights links.
- Underline links
- Adds an underline to make links easier to identify.
- Reduce motion
- Stops animations and visual transitions in the portal.
Preferences are saved in this browser and carry over when you switch between English and Hebrew. Reset preferences restores the default display settings. If your device is already set to reduce motion, the site continues to respect that setting after a reset.
Using a keyboard
Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between links, buttons, and fields. Press Enter to open a link, or Enter or Space to activate a button. Use Space to change a checkbox.
Opening the accessibility panel moves focus to the first option. Press Escape or choose Close to close it and return focus to the Accessibility button. You can also keep pressing Tab to move on to the rest of the page.
Headings, labels, and screen readers
Headings and labeled regions help you navigate the page. Links, buttons, and fields have names and labels. Expandable content also exposes its open or closed state to screen readers.
Having trouble using the site?
Email me, Maya, at Maya@My3iz.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive tool you used. That will help me understand the issue.
