One business.
Two doors.

Two demo websites for the same pest control business. Open both and see what stays with you.

What felt different?

Choose one thing to look at. There's no right answer to guess.

Pick a question to compare the experience, not just the design.

One more small example: Three names for one business

Which name will a customer type?

The sign says “Noam Clinic,” the logo says “Noam Rehab,” and the registered company has a third name. Someone following a recommendation types the name they heard.

One thing to check in your business

Make sure the name people use for your business appears clearly on your website and business profile.

Three questions to take back to your business

Questions to take with you

Nothing to fill out here. Take these questions with you and check the answers when you have a moment.

  1. When someone types your business name the way they say it, what comes up?

  3. If someone says, “Try them!” in a group chat without a link, can people find you?

Before we talk

Questions & answers

What happens in a consultation?
Before we meet, send me a short description of your business, what you already have online, and what you want to achieve. I ask the questions that matter, do some initial research, and develop two strategies: one you can put into action yourself, and one we can work on together, with a project quote. If you decide to continue, the $146 consultation fee is credited toward your project.
Who is this for?
Small business owners who want a clear plan for their website, content, marketing, or digital tools. This consultation isn't designed for large organizations.
Do I need a website already?
No. You can start from scratch. The consultation is your starting point.
What should I prepare?
A short description of your business, links to what you already have online, and what you want to achieve. You don't need a plan before we meet.
When can we start, and how long will the work take?
That depends on the scope. Once I've reviewed your brief, I can propose a realistic schedule.
What if I want to keep going?
If the proposal works for you, you approve it and we begin the agreed work. You review and approve the work along the way. The strategy is yours even if you decide not to continue with me.
Am I committing to anything else?
No. The strategy is yours. Working together afterward is entirely optional.
